Last week, I called into the salon for a shampoo and style cut. I was warmly greeted by Management and staff, who booked my appointment for later that day.

Tee was my stylist. She was friendly and professional, and did a superb job.

I usually attend Cross Cut Elizabeth due to their proximity, but had no hesitation in this instance in attending their city salon.
Management and all staff were welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Highly recommended.

Recently, I had cause to travel into the city, and while there, decided to pop in to The Cross Cut for a shampoo and style cut, as my previous visit was outstanding.

I was warmly greeted by Deanna, who arranged my appointment for later in the day. While waiting, I had a pleasant chat with owner Liza, who made me feel extremely welcome.

Emma and I had a nice chat as she shampooed and conditioned my hair, which was a most relaxing experience in itself.
Finally, my charming stylist, Tee, once again did a magnificent job, as she did on the previous occasion.

I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful establishment, which is also excellent value for money

Super curly girl here. I needed a reshaping bad. I was rocking pyramid hair, my ponytail was just not cute at all. I walked in not knowing if anyone could deal with my massive curly hair and I walked out looking polished.

A blow dry can hide a disaster so I wasn't won over yet, that would have to wait for the first wash. Would I again have too much weight at the bottom??? Wash day came and a miracle happened.

It air dried looking like Shakira and a lions mane! My curls had been released from all the excess weight and were sitting pretty. The ponytail even looks awesome again.

The gentleman serving me had a beautiful personality. His customer service was above and beyond, constantly going out of his way to help and find the products I needed without being pushy.
